Fixed a bug with the nav bar that has caused me a lot of problems for a long time

Finally fixed the Previous and Next buttons on posts !
Made some optimization, fixed some bugs, and removed a feature I liked to remove a lot of slowness. Hopefully I can add it back without it generating too much problems.

Comments are finally 95% done (I hope anyway)
Forms are getting updated (meaning most other things will also be updated at some point to match them), and current page display.
Fixed date formats
Videos and Iframes in posts were breaking the design, it's now fixed
Ok so actually it wasn't really bug fixes, mostly... making the code proper and more readable. Optimization too
This bug has been around for a while and I haven't noticed and when I noticed I did nothing cuz I was lazy, now it's fixed. Sadly made that a lot of posts actually have a wrong last modification date.
For some reason it's not possible to link it like any other static files if you want it to work on Discord and stuff
It's easy to do and doesn't take much time, so why should I avoid fixing them? huh? that's what I thought!

Forms on this website were always bad, and I have been judged because of it! :o so now I made them a lil better (Not really done but there's one thing Idrk how to fix...)
