Tags can now be all seen and all posts in a tag too, oh and all posts were added tags manually (took a while but now it's done, had to be manually cuz I can't really add tags based on the content if I don't see the content, and making a script for it would have taken more time, so that way it's 99% like I wanted it)

It's a big update that's not fully done so didn't really take much time, just had to figure out a good way of doing it
So the change I made a while back to get my code base a little more maintainable, continuing in that direction

Ok so actually it wasn't really bug fixes, mostly... making the code proper and more readable. Optimization too

This bug has been around for a while and I haven't noticed and when I noticed I did nothing cuz I was lazy, now it's fixed. Sadly made that a lot of posts actually have a wrong last modification date.
Hey heyyyyyyy, I added Themes (still HEAVILY WIP) but it works, if you want to use your favorite you can select it in Themes above (but it'll be removed after each refreshes) or if you have an account you can select your favorite in your edit profile page.
